This op amp needs to be operated at a temperature of not less than 0°C degrees Celsius in order to function properly. You should not use op amp above 70°C degrees. Regarding the voltage of the supply, this electrical part can work from a voltage as low as 36V, and this is an excellent feature. In order to ensure that the instrumentation amplifier's supply voltage remains above 4V, it is recommended to keep it higher.
