Op amp is packaged in SOIC case. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. Regarding input offset voltage, buffer amplifier rates 500μV voltage. Operational amplifier can operate supply current at 7mA. There are 4 circuits on op amps. Instrumentation amplifier has 4 channels on it. It should not lower than 0°C to operate buffer amplifier.
