LT1175CN8-5 Description
A negative micropower low dropout regulator is the LT?1175. It has a quiescent current of 45 A, which drops to 10 A during shutdown. With a new reference amplifier topology, it is possible to retain high loop stability with a very broad variety of output capacitors while also receiving precision DC characteristics. A novel power transistor anti-saturation design yields extremely low dropout voltage and good efficiency. There are fixed and movable 5V variants available.
