ADP7142ARDZ-1.8 Description


ADP7142ARDZ-1.8 belongs to the family of low dropout (LDO) linear regulators operating from 2.7 V to 40 V and providing up to 200 mA of output current. With an advanced proprietary architecture, the ADP7142ARDZ-1.8 LDO linear regulator is able to deliver high power supply rejection, ultralow output noise, and achieve excellent line and load transient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor. It, available in an 8-lead, 2 mm × 2 mm LFCSP package, is able to provide a very compact solution and excellent thermal performance for applications where up to 200 mA of output current in a small, low-profile footprint is required.
