ADM7150ACPZ-1.8-R2 Description
ADM7150ACPZ-1.8-R2 belongs to the family of low dropout (LDO) linear regulators operating from 4.5 V to 16 V and providing up to 800 mA of output current. With an advanced proprietary architecture, the ADM7150ACPZ-1.8-R2 LDO linear regulator is able to deliver high power supply rejection, ultralow output noise, and achieve excellent line and load transient response with a 10 μF ceramic output capacitor. It, available in 8-lead, 3 mm × 3 mm LFCSP and 8-lead SOIC package, is able to provide a very compact solution and excellent thermal performance for applications where up to 800 mA of output current in a small, low profile footprint is required.
