AD7841BS-REEL Overview
In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 15V volts needs to be provided. It is designed to maximiTape and Reele space efficiency by containing the FPGA model in Tape and Reel. In total, it has a total of 44 terminations. In this case, 44 pins are used in the design. In my opinion, this FPGA could produce fantastic results if mounted in Surface Mount, provided that its specifications are followed. When this module is operated at its maximum operating temperature, it reaches 85°C. A higher operating temperature than -40°C is recommended. A total of 44 pins are included in this device.
