AD5433YCP-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: LFCSP EP package and X package. Part of the Other Converters family, this FPGA part is a programmable gate array. As a space-saving measure, this FPGA model is contained within Tape and Reel. In total, it has 20 terminations on each end. In order to make it work, 20 pins have been designed. Providing that this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it will be able to perform according to its specifications in a flawless manner. In order for it to work, it requires a 3/5V power supply. There is a maximum operating temperature of 125°C for this module. -40°C should be higher than the operating temperature. I am going to present you with a device that is equipped with 20 pins. This device is capable of supporting a maximum supply voltage of 5.5V. The minimal supply voltage required for it is 2.5V.
