AD5398BCSURFZ Overview
Unlike other FPGA models, this one is contained in Cut Tape (CT) for the sake of space saving. As a result of the design of this module, the maximum operating temperature reaches 85°C. There should be a temperature difference between -40°C and the operating temperature.
