TMP17FSZ-RL Overview
The analog sensors are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for safety reasons. A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package protects analog sensors from damage. As a result of this sensor's 8 pins, it can be operated properly. As long as the analog sensors are operating, the current supplied by the sensors could be 305μA. The sensor has a nominal capacity of providing 305μA current. You can set the analog sensors to operate at 105°C. This sensor cannot function at lower temperatures than -40°C.
