HMC981 Description
The HMC981 is an active bias controller that regulates the gate voltage of an external amplifier to maintain a constant bias current. It provides a comprehensive biasing solution for enhancement and depletion type amplifiers operating in the Class-A regime with drain voltages ranging from 4V to 12V and drain currents up to 200mA.
