HMC942LP4ETR Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 25GHz~31GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Tape & Reel (TR) package houses this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control RF module featuring 24 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
