As far as packaging is concerned, it comes in a 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package.I would like to point out that the gadget has a Surface Mount mounting type.In this case, the part's filter type is Band Pass.I believe it should be able to work with a power source of 0V~14V, if it works at all.32-pins are used in total on this board.There is either a cutoff or a center frequency in the device when it is operating at 3.45GHz~6.25GHz frequency.Filter is important to note that 1 refers to the filter figure.Currently, 85°C is the highest working temperature that can be achieved.As long as it is warmer than -40°C when operating, it is safe to keep it operating.
