HMC819LC5TR Overview
In the 17.6GHz~23.7GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.A 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 270mA.
