In this RF modulator, the frequency is 200MHz~2GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.Strip package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.This is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
