HMC744LC3CTR Overview
A 16-VFCQFN Exposed Pad case is used for packaging. It's?packaged?in?the?form?of?a Tape & Reel (TR). Under normal circumstances, 14GHz is the maximum value. If this is the case, it will be mounted as Surface Mount. A classification of Fanout Buffer (Distribution) is assigned to this electronic part. It is recommended to set the temperature to -40°C~85°C so the system can perform reliably. It should be capable of operating with a power supply of 3V~3.6V volts. It is located in the way of Surface Mount. As a result, the output is CML. The 16 pins are utilized for operation. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the HMC744. At a minimum working temperature of -40°C, it maintains reliable operation. It is possible to achieve stable operation when the maximum operating temperature is set to 85°C.
