71GHz~86GHz is the frequency in which RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced Die package, this RF IC is excellent .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tray format.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.4 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 0-pin RF module.
