Based on the frequency of 17.7GHz~23.6GHz, RF modulator operates.Due to the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 32 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 32-pin.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.If the RF modulator's supply current is operated in the range of 120mA or higher, it will provide its performance.
