HMC700LP4E Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Strip method. The 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package embeds this Clock PLL. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 3.3V. There is a Clock PLL called CMOS which is designed to be the input to this clock generator. Using 1 circuits, the electronic part's full performance can be accessed. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There should be 2.7V~5.5V provided with this RF synthesizer. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Integer-N/Fractional-N component. Microprocessor-specific clock PLL with 24 bits. The related electronic parts of part number HMC700 are listed below. There are 24 pins that are available on the clock PLL. RF synthesizers can handle a voltage of 5V as the supply voltage. High efficiency is achieved when operating at a frequency of 8GHz. For its full function, a supply current of 1μA is required. This RF synthesizer operation requires a maximum current of 110mA.
