The enhanced 32-QFP package makes it an excellent RF IC.In the Tray package, this RF modulator is mounted.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.RF module has 32 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 84 pins.It must be below 85°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
