HMC598 Overview


RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 22GHz~46GHz.The enhanced Die package makes it an excellent RF IC.There is a Bulk package for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It is a 0-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -55°C for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 175mA in order to deliver its performance.
