HMC493LP3E Overview
The RF modulator operates at a frequency of 0Hz~18GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .The Strip package contains this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.RF module has 16 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 16-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 96mA.
