Based on the frequency of 19GHz~25GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced Die package.Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 0 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -55°C to ensure its reliability.This RF modulator needs to operate at 48mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
