RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 0Hz~7GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.8-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.This RF modulator needs to operate at 80mA RF modulator's supply current in order to deliver its performance.
