HMC365S8GE Overview
Based on the frequency of 0Hz~13GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package .The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.8 terminations are integrated into this RF module for driving and receiving signals from data.A 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 110mA in order to deliver its performance.
