HMC187AMS8E Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 850MHz~2GHz.The enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package makes it an excellent RF IC.The Strip package houses this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 8 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
