HMC1118LP3DETR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this RF Switch.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C when the RF Switch is in operation.As part of the HMC1118 series of regulators, the high power RF switchs can be found.To operate the high power RF switch, 16 pins are required.RF type is VSAT from the RF switch ic.It is possible to supply 3V~3.6V volts to the RF Switch.
