ADUM152N0BRZ Description
The ADuM150N/ADuM151N/ADuM152N1 are five-channel digital isolators based on iCoupler® technology from Analog Devices, Inc. These isolation components offer exceptional performance characteristics that are superior to alternatives like optocoupler devices and other integrated couplers because they combine high speed complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and monolithic air core transformer technology. At 5 V operation, the greatest propagation delay is 13 ns, and the pulse width distortion is less than 4.5 ns. Propagation delay matching between channels is minimally 4.0 ns.
