ADUC7023BCP6Z62I Description
The ADuC7023 is a fully integrated, 12-bit, 1 MSPS data acquisition system that combines 16-bit/32-bit MCUs, high performance multichannel ADCs, and Flash/EE memory on a single chip. Up to 12 single-ended inputs make up the ADC. The four DAC output pins are multiplexed with the additional four inputs that are accessible. Both single-ended and differential input modalities are supported by the ADC. ADC input ranges from 0 V to VREF. The ADC peripheral set is completed by a voltage comparator, temperature sensor, and low drift band gap reference.
There is a sophisticated interrupt controller in the ADuC7023. Every interrupt can have a priority level assigned thanks to the vectored interrupt controller (VIC). Additionally, it allows up to eight nested interrupts per IRQ and FIQ. A total of 16 nested interrupt levels are supported when IRQ and FIQ interrupt sources are coupled.
