ADM800MARN Overview


It is packaged with Tube. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Battery Backup Circuit products. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 0V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 5.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain, Push-Pull. The supply current of the power management is 100μA. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to ADM800, the base PMIC number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 100μA. There are a total of 1 monitored inputs on the power management.
