ADM6315-44D3ART-RL Overview
There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. Depending on the power managment ic you are looking at, you can find a total of 1 channels. In this IC management you will find TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 240 for the package during reflow. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 5V. The power management is mounted by Surface Mount. The power management system can be categorized as a Power Management Circuits chip. There are a total of 4 pins on power management. This power management system has 4 pins. It is recommended that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should not be less than 1V volts. There should be no more than 5.5V volts of supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The supply current of the power management is 15μA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by ADM6315. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 15μA. The power management monitors 1 inputs at once.
