The linear amplifier is packaged in a 12-WQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. A General Purpose-type buffer amplifier is shown here. In the case of Tape & Reel (TR) cases, linear amplifier will be delivered. The number of terminations approaches 12. A total of 12 pins are attached to buffer op amp. There are two types of Operational Amplifier op amps in this case, and this device falls into one of them. This electrical part should be mounted using type Surface Mount. With regard to operating temperature, this op amp functions well at -40°C~85°C. It is recommended that you use an 3mA power supply with this electrical part in order for it to operate correctly.
