The Tape & Reel (TR) method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator is embedded in the 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. This clock generator will sustain a maximum temperature of 240 when reflown. As you can see, it consists of 16 terminations. The supply voltage of 3V allows for high efficiency. As the Clock PLL's input, CMOS, TTL is designed to be used in order to generate the clock signal.
