ADF4150BCPZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. In the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package, there is an embedded clock generator. The frequency generator is capable of withstanding a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. In it, there are 24 terminations to be found. Clock generator ics require a voltage of 3.3V.
