ADA4062-4ACPZ-R7 Overview
There is a 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the J-FET-type. Upon delivery, op amp ic is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. We are approaching the 16h termination of the year. In total, there are 16 pins on this op amp ic. This linear amplifier should be powered by an 15V battery.
