AD9513BCPZ-REEL7 Overview
The clock divider is packaged in a 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. There is a case available for the circuit clock in Tape & Reel (TR). Normal operation has a maximum value of 800MHz. A total of 32 terminations have been found in it. With a supply voltage of 3.3V, high efficiency is possible. Consequently, it will be mounted by Surface Mount. Electrical components classified as Fanout Buffer (Distribution), Divider are classified as such. The temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. It should be able to work with a power source of 3.135V~3.465VV. The pin count is 32. As a result, the output is CMOS, LVDS. Operation is performed using the 32 pins. Basically, it belongs to the same family as the AD9513. As a default, it is set to output 3 by default.
