In order to protect the op amps, a 5-TSSOP, SC-70-5, SOT-353 case is used. The instrumentation amplifier in this picture is of the Voltage Feedback-type. As far as the packaging is concerned, buffer op amp is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. The number of terminations approaches 5. Linear amplifier has a total of 5 pins.
