AD7988-5BRMZ Description
AD7988-5BRMZ developed by Analog Devices Inc. is a type of 16-bit lower-power PulSAR ADC with a versatile serial interface port. The reference voltage applied externally can be set independent of the supply voltage, VDD. It is able to deliver optimum performance for a wide range of applications, including automated test equipment, data acquisition systems, medical equipment, and more. Single-supply 2.5 V operation with 1.8 V/2.5 V/3 V/5 V ensures low power dissipation.
