In order to protect the op amps, a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. There have been a total of 8 terminations over the past year. There are a total of 8 pins on this op amp.
