AD640BE Overview
There is a 20-CLCC case in which the instrumentation amplifier is packaged. A Logarithmic-type buffer amplifier is shown here. A Tube case is used to deliver the buffer op amp. 20 pins are located on the operational amplifiers. With regards to the offset voltage of the input, buffer amplifier is rated at 50μV. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type for this linear amplifier. It is recommended that this op amp ic be operated at a temperature no higher than -40°C~85°C for optimal performance. This op amp can operate from a supply current at 44mA. During the manufacturing process, this buffer amplifier is divided into 1 circuits. On the buffer amps, there are 1 channels that can be used. It is recommended that the temperature of this op amp ic should not fall below -40°C degrees Fahrenheit at any time. You should not use op amp above 85°C . Op amp has total of 5 elements. This electronic part is recommended to be used with an 35mA supply for best performance. When it comes to the voltage from which this electrical part will operate, it can operate at a maximum of less than 7.5V. It is advised to keep the op amp's supply voltage higher than 4.5V. As a general rule, you should conduct this electronic component under dual supply voltages of 7.5V volts. It is recommended to keep the buffer amps resistance within the range of 500kOhm.
