AD607ARS-REEL Overview
A frequency of 500MHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.With the enhanced 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package, this RF IC is excellent.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 20 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 20-pin RF module.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
