AD595AQ Description
The AD595AQ is a monolithic chip that combines an instrumentation amplifier and a thermocouple cold junction compensator. It uses an ice point reference and a precalibrated amplifier to generate a high-level (10 mV/°C) output from a thermocouple signal. It can be utilized as a linear amplifier-compensator or a switching output setpoint controller with fixed or remote setpoint control thanks to pin-strapping possibilities. It can be used to directly amplify its compensation voltage, making it a stand-alone Celsius transducer with a low impedance voltage output.
