AD5668BRUZ-1 Description
The AD5668 is a low power, octal, 16-bit buffered voltage output digital-to-analog converter (DAC), which can run off of a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply and is by design guaranteed to be monotonic. These components include an inbuilt gain of 2 on-chip voltage reference. The full-scale output range of the AD5668-1 can reach 2.5 V, while the full-scale output range of the AD5668-2 and AD5668-3 can both reach 5V thanks to the integration of a 1.25 V, 5 ppm/°C reference voltage source. The on-chip reference voltage source is disabled during power-up, allowing the usage of an external reference voltage. Software write enables the internal voltage reference.
