AD5391BCPZ-3 Overview
A 64-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package contains it, and it is available for download. Power is provided by a 5V-volt supply. With a Surface Mount connector, this FPGA module can be attached to the development board. As far as the operating temperature is concerned, it should be kept within -40°C~85°C when operating.
