AD5314ARM-REEL7 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package and X package. Power is provided by a 3V-volt supply. An FPGA part from the Other Converters family. Surface Mount-connectors can be used to attach this FPGA module to the development board. Operating temperatures should be maintained within the -40°C~105°C range at all times when the unit is in use. There is an FPGA model contained in Tape & Reel (TR) in order to conserve space. In total, it has 10 terminations on each end. Parts related to this part can be found using its base part number AD5314. In order for it to work, it requires a 3/5V power supply. As far as the pin count is concerned, it has 10 pins. It supports the maximal supply voltage of 5.5V. Using a supply voltage as low as 2.5V, it will work.
