TK95F103V Overview
In the package of a Bulk, you can find NTC thermistors. I have included it in package Bead for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -80°C~150°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor operating at 70°C can operate reliably. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to 0°C for reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 75mW. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 75mW of energy.
