NPA-500B-05WD Overview
It is included with the 14-SOIC Module, Top Port package as a convenience. As a precaution, the transducers should be set to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. An input voltage of 4.75V~5.25V is sufficient to operate the transducers. It's possible to get the transducers up to 125°C. There can be no temperature below -40°C in which the transducers operate. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this electronic component. In normal conditions, the transducers can operate with a nominal supply current of 1.5mA. In order for the transducers to work continuously at the rated ambient temperature, DC voltage should be 5.25V.
