NPA-300B-015D Overview
The Transducer 14-SOIC Module, Top Port is included in the package for convenience. It is recommended to set the temperature of the transducers to -40°C~125°C to ensure reliable operation. The transducers are capable of operating well at 3.135V~3.465V supply voltage. 125°C is the maximum operating temperature of the transducers. It is not possible for the transducers to operate at temperatures lower than -40°C. In order for the transducers to function properly, the 14 pins must be connected. It comes in a Cut Tape (CT) package. If the nominal supply current is 1mA, the transducers will operate normally. This device must work at 3.3V voltage from the transducers. In order to keep the transducers at the temperature they are rated for, the DC voltage needs to be 3.3V. The transducers are capable of handling a maximum voltage of 5.5V. Transducers can be operated with a minimum supply voltage of 2.7V.
