MC65G104B Overview
In the package of a Bulk, you can find NTC thermistors. I have included it in package Bead for convenience. As a result, NTC thermistors need to have a resistance tolerance of ±0.1°C. Setting the NTC thermistors' temperature to -40°C~105°C is the best way to ensure reliable performance. A NTC thermistor operating at 150°C can operate reliably. Thermistors featuring NTC technology can be operated at temperatures down to -40°C for reliability. In a NTC thermistor, the maximum power is set to 25mW. In general, NTC thermistors dissipate 25mW of energy.
