DKF203N3 Overview

If you wish to ensure reliable performance, you should set the temperature of NTC thermistors to -40°C~250°C. A maximum operating temperature of 250°C is required for the reliable operation of NTC thermistors. For reliability, NTC thermistors may be operated at a temperature of -40°C.
