DC95H303ZN Overview
A NTC thermistor comes in a Bulk package. In order to make it as convenient as possible, it has been included in the Bead package. When it comes to NTC thermistors, they have a resistance tolerance of ±0.2°C. Set NTC thermistors to -80°C~150°C for reliable performance. NTC thermistors work reliably at 150°C as their maximum operating temperature. NTC thermistors can operate at a minimum temperature of -80°C without compromising reliability. As a result, the NTC thermistors set their maximum power at 75mW. NTC thermistors have a maximum power dissipation of 75mW.
